Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Please contact us before returning.
Hardware (Bags, Covers, etc.)
We offer a 48-hour Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee on all hardware. If your item is defective straight out of the box, contact us immediately with photos/videos. We will exchange it after inspection.
Note: Damage from normal wear, misuse, or accidents is not covered.Wrong Item Received
If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please do not use it. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item immediately.
